Once we have received your completed application form we would normally expect to have an approval for you in 24 to 48 hours.
If you haven’t yet found that new home we strongly recommend that we arrange a pre-approval for you. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly how much you can borrow and the confidence that you can start looking for that new home in earnest. Also, being pre-approved may make your offer more attractive to the seller.
